All You Ever Wanted To Know About The Auction & Gala:

Q: I'm looking for the link to sign up to help at the event for the parent volunteer spots. Where do I do that?

A: Click here on this Sign Up Genius link: Auction Volunteer Signup

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Dress to impress! Both formalwear and cocktail attire is encouraged and most welcome. We'll have a photo booth, too.

Q: What is the schedule of events for the evening?

A: You won't want to miss a single moment. Doors open at 5pm for the Silent Auction and Reception and you'll be greeted with a glass of wine or beer. Grab a photo at the photo booth, enjoy an hors d'oeuvre and tour through three sections of incredible baskets and delightful silent auction items to bid on. All tables close bidding at 7pm. Wine and beer are hosted for the evening, and specialty beverages may also be purchased at the cash bar as well. The Silent Auction will close promptly at 7pm  and guests may then be seated at their tables for dinner. Dinner is followed by a Dessert Dash and then the exciting Live Auction bidding will begin. The evening closes out with dancing and you will depart with the joy of knowing you have been a blessing to many students and a wonderful community of faculty and staff.

Q: Where should I park?

A: Parking is plentiful and free at the Bellingham Golf and Country Club.

Q: I purchased a Sponsorship package with premium parking spaces. Where will those be?

A: For the special Sponsorship Package parking spots, look for the VIP sandwich boards that are near the entrance.

Q: I purchased a Sponsorship Package or an 8 top, but now I don't actually need all of the tickets. What should I do?

A: If you have extra seats at your table that are not being used, let us know and we would be happy to help fill seats with teachers or other guests at your table.

Q: I want to buy a ticket for a teacher, can I do that just for them?

A: Yes, how thoughtful of you. A teacher ticket is available on the Tickets and Tables page. If it is meant for someone in particular, just let us know so we make sure they receive the information. If you would like us to choose someone to give it to, we would be happy to help do that as well.

Q: I want to donate something for the auction. How do I do that?

A: We welcome your contributions! There is a Donate An Item page tab at the top of the screen that will give you a form to fill out, or you may download and print our Procurement Form at the link below. Physical items may be dropped off at the school office located at 2116 Cornwall Ave, or email us at growinggreatkidsauction@assumption.school if you'd like someone to come pick it up for you. Items we can always use are gift cards, gift certificates, vacation home stays, tickets to sporting events, concerts or theatre, business services, hosted outings or gatherings, gift baskets, wine, or collectible items. We truly appreciate your generosity. The printable Procurement form is located at this link: Procurement Form

Q: May I bring my children to this event?

A: Consider this your perfect excuse for a date night. Alcohol will be served and auctioned off, so this is an event for adults 21 and older.

Q: I may need assistance with wheelchair access seating. What should I do?

A: Please let us know of any considerations you may need - we wish to provide the best experience possible and we are happy to accommodate your requests. Email growinggreatkidsauction@assumption.school and we will work with you to assure your comfort and convenience.

Q: If I bid on something and I win, how do I pick up my winnings?

A: When you check out for the evening, your items will be packaged up and will go home directly with you. If they are something larger that needs to be delivered, arrangements will be made with you after the event.

Q: I can't attend, but I would like to contribute money to the school. What's the best way to do that?

A: Thank you! There is a Cash Donation tab at the top of the screen where you may pay by credit card and choose any donation amount. You may also mail a check to Assumption Catholic School Auction at 2116 Cornwall Ave. Bellingham, WA 98225. If you would like your check picked up, email growinggreatkidsauction@assumption.school and we would be more than happy to arrange that for you.

Q: Who should I invite to the auction?

A: Anyone is welcome! This is a delightful way to enjoy community and come together in support of such an incredibly special school. If you need additional invitations, you will find them at the school office.

Q: I still have a question that you didn't answer.

A: Email us! growinggreatkidsauction@assumption.school or call the school office at (360) 733-6133.
